2022 Boys Swimming and Diving Finalists
Elias Theall
Cape Central
Theall exceeded expectations, finishing fourth in the 500-yard freestyle in the Class 1 state championships. In addition, the Cape Central senior placed ninth in the 200-yard freestyle.
Nate Thomas
Jackson
Thomas took second place in the 200-yard individual medley in Class 1 and finished third in the 100-yard backstroke in his first year of high school swimming.
Trent Pruden
Notre Dame
Pruden qualified for the Class 1 state championships in both the 100-yard butterfly and as a member of the 400-yard freestyle relay team where he finished 15th and 16th, respectively.
Connor Hux
Notre Dame
Hux finished 15th in the 200-yard freestyle in the Class 1 state championships, and was a member of the Bulldogs’ state-qualifying 400-yard freestyle relay.
Eliajah McAtee
Poplar Bluff
McAtee qualified for the Class 1 state championships in three relays and was All-SEMO Conference in the 100-yard backstroke where he finished third.
