2022 Boys Cross Country Finalists
Kennett Rampley
Bell City
The junior earned All-State honors after finishing 25th at the MSHSAA Class 1 State Championships with a time of 17:52.9. He also landed on the Class 1 District 1 All-District team, finishing ninth.
Eli Ford
Zalma
Ford earned All-Conference, All-District and All-State honors in his junior season, finishing fourth in the Heartland Conference meet, sixth in the Class 1 District 1 race and 16th at state.
Brock Hobeck
Oak Ridge
Hobeck finished 23rd in the MSHSAA Class 1 State Championships to earn All-State honors. The sophomore took fifth in the Class 1 District 1 meet and second in the Heartland Conference meet.
Mason Morris
Notre Dame
Morris finished 14th in the Class 3 State Championships with a time of 16:43.7. The junior finished fifth in Class 3 District 1 and seventh in the SEMO Conference meet.
Ryan Seabaugh
Cape Central
Seabaugh finished sixth in the SEMO Conference and qualified for the Class 4 State Championships with a 24th-place finish in the Class 4 District 1 meet.
Bryce Gentry
Jackson
Gentry won the SEMO Conference championship in his sophomore campaign and qualified for the Class 5 State Championships after finishing 10th in the Class 5 District 1 meet.
Hunter Wendel
Jackson
Wendel finished just behind teammate Bryce Gentry in the SEMO Conference meet and Class 5 District 1 with a second and 11th-place finish, respectively. The junior qualified for the state championships where he finished 74th.
Cole Puls
Jackson
Puls took third in the SEMO Conference meet and qualified for state with a 21st-place finish at the Class 5 District 1 meet.
Caleb Ricker
Van Buren
Ricker took third place in both the Big Springs Conference and Class 1 District 1 meets. The junior earned All-State honors with a 12th-place finish at the Class 1 State Championships.
Reed Layton
Woodland
Layton won a pair of conference titles in his sophomore campaign, taking first in both the SCAA and Heartland Conference meets. He finished third in the Class 2 District 1 meet and ninth at state.
