2019 Boys Swimming and Diving Finalists

Jacob Bening

Bening had a very successful junior year, winning the class 1 state championship in the 100m backstroke. He was part of the state champion 200m and 400m freestyle relay teams and was the SEMO conference meet MVP.

Truman Vines

Vines was an important contributor to Cape Central as he was a part of the 200m and 400m state champion freestyle relay teams. He was also a part of the 200m medley team that finished 3rd at state.

Hyrum Dickson

Dickson capped off a great career with stellar senior season. He was part of the state champion 200m and 400m freestyle relay teams and was the 100m butterfly champion in the SEMO conference.

Daniel Seabaugh

Seabaugh was a superstar for Cape Central this season. He was the State Meet MVP after winning state championships in the 200m freestyle, 500m freestyle, and was part of the 400m freestyle team.

Nicholas Hux

Hux had a productive junior year, finishing 8th in the 100m freestyle at the state meet. He also finished 2nd in the SEMO conference in the 100m and 200m freestyle.
