2019 Boys Cross Country Finalists

Luke Wendel

Wendel qualified for the class 4 state meet this year finishing the meet with a time of 17:29.75. He finished fourth at the conference meet with a time of 17:01, his personal record for the year.

Jaden Deaton

It was a solid sophomore season for Deaton as he got fourth at districts with a time of 17:07. That was good enough to qualify for the class 4 state meet where he completed the race in 17:18.

Benton Keran

Keran cracked the 17-minute mark this year, with a PR of 16:51.71. He finished 7th at districts with a time of 17:15, good enough to qualify for the class 3 state meet.

Blake Morris

Morris had a season to remember, finishing second at the class 3 state meet with a time of 16:25.89. He also won the Notre Dame Invitational and the Kickoff Classic at SIU, and finished with a PR of 15:47.91

Caleb Cornelius

What a senior year it was for Cornelius as he won districts with a time of 16:43.13 and finished third at the Class 2 state meet with a time of 16:55.54. He also got second at the Notre Dame Invitational and the Kickoff Classic at SIU.
