Maurice Davis
Kelly, senior
The speedster defended his Class 1 state title in the 100-meter dash, running a 10.87, as well as finished second in the 200 and seventh in the triple jump. He posted the same results in the 100 and 200 at the sectional meet.
Nick Thompson
Malden, senior
Known for his two-way football exploits — he’ll play for Southeast Missouri State in the fall — Thompson also did the double in field events, winning Class 2 state titles in both the shot put (53 feet) and discus (158 feet, 7 inches).
Denzel Britton
Poplar Bluff, senior
The Mule runner qualified for three events at the Class 4 state meet, finishing sixth in the 100 (10.95), seventh in the 400 relay (43.49) and seventh in the 800 relay (1:32.19). He was a district and conference champion in both the 100 and 200.
Earnest Fobbs
Sikeston, senior
Fobbs ended his Bulldog career on a high note, qualifying for the Class 4 state championship meet in the triple jump and then earning a third-place result with a jump of 45-10 1/4.
Levi Krauss
St. Vincent, senior
The cross country standout was strong in the long-distance track events, posting a pair of third-place finishes at the Class 2 state meet — in the 1600 (4:37.52) and 3200 (9:57.23). He finished in the top three in those events at the sectional meet to qualify.
