2015 Girls Soccer Finalists
Torrie Helms
Sikeston junior
Helms set a single-season school record with 35 goals for the Bulldogs, who won a district title for the first time in program history and advanced to the Class 3 quarterfinals. She also added 12 assists as a starting forward.
Grace Mirly
Saxony Lutheran junior
Mirly netted a team-high 34 goals as a starting forward for the Crusaders. She also had 11 assists to lead Saxony to an impressive 24-2 record.
Brianna Mueller
Saxony Lutheran junior
Mueller was a starting midfielder on a Crusaders squad that claimed the Class 1 championship. She was a catalyst for her team’s offense as a distributor and finished the season with 15 goals and 18 assists.
Jordan Nelson
Jackson senior
Nelson is the reigning Semoball Awards Girls Soccer Player of the Year. After transferring from Notre Dame, the Southeast Missouri State signee led the Indians with a team-high 21 goals. She also had 17 assists.
Cassidi Tomsu
Jackson junior
The speedy Tomsu scored 17 goals and added eight assists for the Indians, who finished the year with a 20-3-1 record and before their season end in the sectional round of the Class 4 state tournament.
