Richards batted .477 and also had a complete-game shutout in the final four. His came in the championship game, giving the Whippets their first-ever state title.

The senior shortstop batted .432 for the Class 5 Indians and was named the SEMO Conference Co-Player of the Year. He’s signed to play at Southeast Missouri State.

Crafton split time in the infield and on the pitcher’s mound for the Bulldogs, batting .549 with a 1.95 ERA in 43 innings pitched.

A first-team all-district selection, Dohogne also was named the SEMO Conference Pitcher of the Year. He had a 2.27 ERA and 51 strikeouts to nine walks.

The junior second baseman helped the Crusaders claim third place in Class 3, batting .414 with seven doubles, three triples and two home runs.

Self capped off his high school career by batting .463 with five home runs. He was named SEMO Conference Co-Player of the Year and will play at UT Martin.
