Litzelfelner followed up his state championship freshman season with another impressive year for the Bulldogs. He finished second at the SEMO Conference tournament and finished eighth at the Class 3 state tournament.
Pike claimed a share of the Class 4 District 1 championship with a 71 at Kimbeland Country Club in Jackson, leading the Indians to the team title. He also finished sixth at the SEMO Conference tourney earlier in the season.
Simmons outdueled Notre Dame’s Jack Litzelfelner to earn the SEMO Conference title and shared the Class 4 District 1 individual title. He capped his season with a sixth-place finish at the Class 4 state tournament.
Wheeler put an exclamation point on his season with a third-place finish at the Class 3 state tournament. He led the Bulldogs throughout the year, including when he placed third in the district tournament.
Whitson won the SEMO Conference small schools title with a 74 at Dalhousie, which was just a shot behind the big school winner. He completed his exceptional year with a fourth-place finish at the Class 1 state tournament.
